Baby Guinness cocktail recipe
The Baby Guinness is a wonderful, delicious, and easy to make layered shooter. It’s sweet, it looks good, and anyone can make it. All you need for this pretty little drink is 2 simple ingredients – a bit of coffee liqueur (Kahlua or Tia Maria), and Baileys Irish cream liqueur. The result is a 2 layered shooter that looks like a tiny Guinness stout, hence the name.
Loved by both men and women, we can find the Baby Guinness in almost every bar, and there shouldn’t be a bartender who doesn’t know how to make it. If you are hosting a party and want to impress your guests, the Baby Guinness will do the trick. There is no need for bar equipment or advanced skills and knowledge to be able to prepare this one. Get your coffee liqueur and Baileys and pour them carefully in your shot glass in that same order. The only thing you might have to remember is 3 parts coffee liqueur to 1 part Baileys. You can use the back of a spoon to form the layers easier.
If this looks easy enough for you (and it should), give it a go, and you’ll see why so many people are loving it. It’s pretty enough to impress the girl you like, and it tastes amazing.
Make it, try it and tell us what you think. 😉
